Initial Occupational Therapy Assessment: $250
Includes: 50 minute assessment, initial report and plan of care
* required for 1:1 sessions and group sessions *
Individual Occupational Therapy Sessions (on an “as needs basis”):
50 minutes: $150
30 minutes: $100
Individual Occupational Therapy Block:
8 weeks 50 minute sessions: $1200
Includes: 8 sessions, following the block either a written report with plan of care and recommendations or a 20 minute telephone call with an occupational therapist, one additional 30 minute telephone call with occupational therapist throughout the block at family’s discretion
Group Occupational Therapy Sessions:
All groups are priced individually depending on duration and size of group. Includes: 6-8 sessions block (depending on season), following the block either a written report with plan of care and recommendations or a 20 minute telephone call with an occupational therapist, one additional 30 minute telephone cal with occupational therapist throughout the group at family’s discretion
Additional written report: $50
Parent coaching consultation:
1 hour: $150
30 minutes: $75
Payment Notice:
Please note, all payments will receive a billing invoice by the end of the day of services that can be provided directly to insurance companies or funding sources, as needed.
For 1:1 occupational therapy sessions, payment options include:
Pay directly at the time of the sessions.
1:1 occupational therapy blocks can be paid in a three-step payment instalment upon request. Payments will take place following sessions 3, 6, and 8.
For group occupational therapy sessions, payment options include:
Payment of the group session at week 4 and week 8.
Can be paid in a three-step payment instalment upon request. Payments will take place following sessions 3, 6, and 8.
For both group options, a $200 deposit is required to be paid two weeks prior to the start of the group to guarantee your child’s spot. Please note that missed group sessions will not be refunded.

Yes! An initial assessment with an occupational therapist helps us understand your child’s strengths, challenges and therapy goals. This ensures sessions are tailored to their specific needs.

Many extended health insurance plans and private funding sources cover OT services. We provide invoices to clients that can be submitted for reimbursement.

Yes!
For individual therapy, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. If you notify us between 24 hours and the session time, you may receive 50% of the session fee back. If you miss an appointment without notice, the full fee will apply.
For group sessions, we do not provide refunds, as these sessions are organized in advance.
